Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hour notice in advance to cancel your appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours your card on file will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.

If you NO SHOW your card will be charged 100% and we will not ask for you to return to our salon

Return Policy

All product sales are final. If you are unhappy we will gladly exchange within 2 weeks of purchase date with something else.
